Short description
The Kovacevic Apartments are in a private house with a garden, 30 meters from the sea and 1000 meters from the old town of Kotor, in the area known as Dobrota.

We have 3 apartments, situated on the first floor of the house, with their own terrace.

The first apartment is 50m2 in size + the terrace of 15m2 and comprises two bed rooms with double bed in each. The apartment contains living room, a kitchen with dining room, satellite TV, air-conditioning and bathroom with shower cubicle and laundry machine.

The other apartment is 38 m2 and has 2 bedrooms - One bedroom has a pull-out couch while the other one has two separated beds. The apartment has kitchen with dining room, satellite TV, air-conditioning and bathroom with shower cubicle.

The third apartment has 30m2 and comprises one bedroom with two beds, living room with a pull-out bed. The apartment has mini-kitchen with dining room, TV, air-condition, bathroom with shower cubicle.

Apartment guests have parking spaces in the garden of the house.

The Apartments are surrounded by a superb garden full of plants, flowers and a well-kept lawn.

A leisurely walk of about 10-15 minutes takes you to the old town of Kotor. Near the apartments are the very popular famous restaurant "Elase" and the beach bar "Capitano”, a supermarket with bakery, pharmacy and health center.
