The MAXHIT apartments are in Lepetane. Lepetani is a small Mediterranean fishing village in the Bay of Kotor and is adorned, as is the whole of the Bay, by the natural beauty of the area – the peace, quiet and fresh air. If you love nature and quite walks beside the sea we can warmly recommend this little gem.
We have apartments, studio apartments and rooms right on the edge of the sea. The apartments,studio apartments and rooms are rated with three stars.Apartments have kitchen (with refrigerator and cooker), TV(sat), terrace, bathroom and an amazing sea-view; the rooms have bathrooms and a sea-view. On the ground floor of the house there is a kitchen equipped with refrigerators, cookers, dining tables, tv and WC. All guests may make use of this kitchen. We also have a garden offering a superb view of the sea and the beach. There is a grill and outside showers that are ideal for guests to take a shower after swimming in the sea or just to cool down.
The beach is 5 metres from the apartments and is for use by our guests.
Guests have a reserved place on the beach and there is a car park right close by. There is a shop 300 metres from the apartments and restaurants 1km away (at the entrance into Stoliv travelling in the direction of Kotor and at the end of Lepetane travelling in the direction of Tivat). There are also shops and restaurants in Kamenari (across the ferry which is free for foot passengers.) Kotor is 12 kms away, Tivat 5, Tivat Airport 6, Herceg Novi 17 and Budva 28. There are regular frequent bus services to all these places.
